When can I check in?

From 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Please let us know your estimated arrival time.

When can I check out?

Until 11:00 AM. If interested, please ask us if a late check-out is available.

Can I come with my car?

Yes, we are located in a non-ZTL (restricted traffic) area.

Breakfast

Light breakfast in room available upon request.

Room cleaning and tidying

Villa Margherita is a tourist accommodation; daily housekeeping is not included.

Where can I park?

Private parking is available inside our garden, upon reservation.

Tourist Tax

€ 2.50 per person per night, included in the price of your stay.

VAT

10% VAT included in the price of your stay.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

 

  • Non-refundable rate

    In case of cancellation, changes, or no-show, the full amount of the stay charged at booking will be retained. DEPOSIT: 100% of the total stay amount.

  • Flexi rate

    Cancellations or changes made up to 7 days before the scheduled arrival date are free of charge. Cancellations or changes made after this period or no-shows will be charged 100% of the total stay amount. DEPOSIT: 100% of the total stay amount.

  • Insurance

    Management is not responsible for theft, damages caused by third parties, or natural disasters.
